Erythromycin Thiocyanate
Description
Erythromycin belongs to the group of macrolide antibiotics. Erythromycin acts bacteriostatically against Gram-positive bacteria and cocci and Gram-negative meningococcus. Erythromycin is active against the following micro-organisms: Bacillus anthracis, Bordetella pertussis, Brucella melitensis, Clostridium botulinum, Cl. perfrongens, Cl. tetani, Pasteurella mulitcida, Staphylococci, Streptococci, Corynebacterium diphtheriae, C. pyogenes, Diplococcus pneumoniae, Hemophilus influenzae, Neisseria meningitidis, Protozoa, Spirochetes and some Mycoplasmas.
Indications
Erythromycin is effective against infections caused by micro-organisms in poultry, sensitive for Erythromycin, especially infections caused by Cocci, Mycoplasma and Pasteurella. For treatment of bacterial infections in ruminants and pigs, especially E. coli, enteritis and respiratory infections caused by Pasteurella spp., Haemophilus spp. and Mycoplasmas.

Store in a dry, dark place between 2 °C and 25 °C.
